Rainbow Bridge
 
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here,
that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all
of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty
of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who have been ill and old are restored to heath and vigor
those who where hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again
 just as we remember them in our dreams of days and time gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing;
they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind
They run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops
and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers,
Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his
 wings carring
him faster and faster, You have been spotted ,
and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion;
never to be parted again; The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands
 again caress the beloved head,and you look once more into the trusting eyes
of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.

THE DANCE
 
Looking back at the memory of
the dance we shared, beneath the stairs above.
For a monet all the world was right
how was I to know that you'd ever say good bye
and now I'm glad i didn't know
the way it all would end, the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance

Holding you i held everything,
for a moment, wasn't i the king?

Rocky

Rocky is now flying free.
Nov. 29 is a day i will never forget,
 My sweet baby died at home, in my arms  at 10 am
.
 
Dec 9th-I received the results of Rockys Autopsy,
he had massive heart failure.
Rocky is being cremated and is
 coming home.

well maybe that is true
I never wanted memories
I only wanted you
 
A million times, I needed you
A million times i cried.
If love alone could have saved you
you never would have died
 
In life I loved you dearly
In death I love you still
In my heart you hold a place
no one could ever fill.
 
If tears could build a stairway
and hearthache make a lane
I'd walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again
 
Our family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one
the chain will link again.
